Evaluation and consultation Sessions

The first meeting is a consultation and is meant to determine whether an ongoing treatment relationship fits your needs.  If mutually agreed upon, follow up sessions can be scheduled and the formal treatment relationship will commence.

Our team has expertise in supporting individuals experiencing situational stressors, career challenges, academic difficulties, parenting issues, identity struggles, and relationship issues. We also specialize in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, postpartum disorders, pregnancy related mental health issues, psychosis, trauma history and addictions.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Our clinicians have expertise in medication management for ADHD, major depression, anxiety disorders (panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD), psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, alcohol use disorder, tobacco use disorder, and opioid use disorder. We treat adults and adolescents from ages 14+ for consultation, psychotherapy, and medication management. Services can be offered via telemedicine.

We believe you deserve affordable cutting edge treatment. Our practice offers this groundbreaking treatment (FDA approved for treatment resistant major depression) to select patients who are appropriate candidates. PSYCHOTHERAPY

Our clinicians offer a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy options including Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, family therapy, play therapy, couples therapy, and supportive psychotherapy. Services can be offered via telemedicine.

ADDICTION TREATMENT

Dr. Relyea-Logan is available to prescribe medications to assist with recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders (naltrexone, Vivitrol, Suboxone, Sublocade) in combination with patients’ participation in weekly psychotherapy, peer support meetings, and urine drug screenings.

Dr. Relyea-Logan is a board certified family medicine physician able to treat the medical needs for our patients. She can be seen at our Mount Pleasant location.

PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY

*COMING SOON - STAY TUNED* There is abundant scientific literature validating the efficacy of therapist administered psychedelic treatments for depression and anxiety disorders such as PTSD. Dr. Albright has completed her psychedelic assisted psychotherapy certification course and is hoping to be able to offer these treatments to patients in a safe, medically monitored office setting once these treatments are FDA approved.
