Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a practice of warmth, easefulness and space…
And it is certainly not always easy. We want to help.
More and more research is coming out about the physical, mental and emotional benefits of the mindfulness practice, yet many of us struggle to realistically incorporate it into our lives. We know we should practice, but the pressures of daily life feel at odds with its slow, quiet pace. These resources are meant to simplify the mindfulness practice and help both new and experienced practitioners incorporate it into their modern lives.
Join Kerry Wischusen, LPCA, our local mindfulness expert, on your path to healing. Call (843) 800-1303 to schedule an in person or virtual appointment with her.

The emphasis is on the practice itself.
Check out our library of recorded mindfulness meditations. All are between 10 and 20 minutes long and focus on a different intention of the mindfulness practice. We encourage you to listen to several and circle back to those you found most helpful.
