Evaluation and Consultation Sessions

The first meeting is a consultation and is meant to determine whether an ongoing treatment relationship fits your needs.  If mutually agreed upon, follow-up sessions can be scheduled and the formal treatment relationship will commence.  

Medication Management

Our clinicians have expertise in medication management for ADHD, major depression, anxiety disorders (panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD), psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, alcohol use disorder, tobacco use disorder, and opioid use disorder. We treat adults and adolescents from ages 14+ for consultation, psychotherapy, and medication management. Services can be offered via telemedicine.

Our team has expertise in supporting individuals experiencing situational stressors, career challenges, academic difficulties, parenting issues, identity struggles, and relationship issues. We also specialize in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, postpartum disorders, pregnancy-related mental health issues, psychosis, trauma history, and addictions.

Addiction Treatment

Dr. Relyea-Logan is available to prescribe medications to assist with recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders (naltrexone, Vivitrol, Suboxone, Sublocade) in combination with patients’ participation in weekly psychotherapy, peer support meetings, and urine drug screenings.
