Jasprina is a brilliant board-certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Yale University and a Doctorate of Medical Science from Butler University.

A Virginia native, Jasprina has always been drawn to people and the stories they carry. She believes in the power of personal connection and works to help patients become the authors of their own stories. Her journey into healthcare began in ultrasound, where she worked as a Registered Vascular Technologist. While she loved the technical aspects of her work and the opportunity to interact with patients, Jasprina knew she wanted to do more—become more involved in the full arc of her patients’ experiences from diagnosis to recovery and beyond.

It was through her interactions with patients, families, and her own personal experiences that she discovered her deep passion for mental health. She realized that she wanted to offer more than just a diagnosis; she wanted to be a steady presence for her patients through the ups and downs of life. This inspired her to become a Physician Assistant, a career where she could provide holistic care and be there for her patients in ways that go beyond the physical.

Within minutes of meeting Jasprina, Dr. Albright (Sweetgrass Psychiatry practice owner) knew that there was something special about her and was immediately drawn to her energy. She exudes kindness, humility, and intelligence and is the type of person you would want to call when you just need someone to talk to.

It is rare to meet someone as kind and down to earth as they are brilliant. During her time at Yale, Jasprina embraced several leadership roles, including serving as a Student Ambassador for newly admitted students, the Diversity Chair for the James Van Rhee Student Society, and Co-leader of the POCUS (Point-of-Care Ultrasound) Student Interest Group. These experiences deepened her passion for mentorship, diversity, and the integration of new, innovative medical practices into patient care.

Today, as a certified Physician Assistant, Jasprina is committed to providing compassionate care that empowers her patients to live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives. Whether through medication management, supportive psychotherapy, or lifestyle interventions, she is driven by a desire to help people reach their full potential. She believes that everyone deserves encouragement, honesty, and the support needed to thrive, no matter where they are in their journey.

Jasprina believes that each person deserves a chance to give life another try. Life is full of challenges, but she’s honored to walk alongside her patients as they navigate their own unique paths—helping them not only take control of their health but also rediscover their happiness, spirituality and purpose. For Jasprina, it’s about being there, showing up, and supporting her patients in becoming the best version of themselves.
